50% PROMOTION

• Applies to first 3 months of rental, after this time it reverts back to full rack rate.
• Offer is valid for units worth $125 and above. It excludes 3 x 3 units worth $180.
• Offer is available to new customers. Existing customers may have the offer if they rent an additional unit. This does not apply for a unit swap for an existing customer.
• If an existing customer moves out and then moves back in order to get the deal, they must pay for 6 months (3 months 50% off, 3 months full rack rate) up front as a guarantee to us that they will not move out once 3 month period has expired.
• Customers using this offer must stay for a minimum of 3 months.
• Payment is required up front for first 3 months, or direct debit set up.
• Offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other deal (for example – pay 6 stay 7 or pay 12 stay 14).
• If a customer purchases 2 new units on this offer, the discount applies to both units.

PAY 6 STAY 7

• 6 months rent must be paid up front in order to get 1 month free. There are no exceptions to this.
• Offer is valid on all units.
• Offer is available to new customers. Existing customers may have the offer only if they have never received any other deal since moving in.

PAY 12 STAY 14

• 12 months rent must be paid up front in order to get 2 months free. There are no exceptions to this.
• Offer is valid on all units.
• Offer is available to new customers. Existing customers may have the offer only if they have never received any other deal since moving in.
