The move in truck service is only available at our Epping location

Booking times are as follows:
Monday to Friday – 9.00am to 4.00pm
Saturday – 9.00am to 3.00pm
Sunday – 10.00am to 2.00pm

• 24 hours notice is required if booking needs to be cancelled.
• A holding fee of $300 will apply until Truck is returned.
• The Truck is free of charge up to 50 kilometres. A fee of $1.50 will be charged for each kilometre over 50 kilometres.
• This Truck must not be used for personal reasons, only to bring your goods to our facility. If this occurs the holding
deposit of $300 will not be refunded.
• Credit card details must be provided at the time of booking.
• Your card will be charged if:
• vehicle is not returned full of diesel.
• vehicle is returned later than allocated time.
• vehicle is returned dirty or damaged.
• Public Self Storage staff are prohibited from loading or unloading the truck.
• The truck must be able to park safely and legally at your premises.
• The customer agrees that he/she has legal ownership of the goods.
• The customer agrees to indemnify Public Self Storage, its agents and employees from any loss, damage, theft or
expense whilst using the truck.
• The customer agrees to not load the truck with prohibited materials as stated in the storage agreement and our
Goods Not To Be Stored Policy.

Can be hired free of charge for storers only. A copy of your drivers license will need to be taken and you will be required to fill out and sign a trailer agreement form. The trailer may not be kept overnight. Book in advance to avoid disappointment. This service is very popular and the more notice you give us, the better your chances are of getting the trailer on the day you want it. The trailer service is only available at our Hallam location.

Free for customers to use if you have a license. You must show our office staff this licence and a copy with be taken. We also need to see a current certificate of currency with $10 million in coverage.
